interlude: first snow of 2007

As it's falling I'm falling
to move without a sound.
The year was just beginning
and I'm starting to come around.

Out the window snowflakes gliding
gliding down to the ground.
Water droplets slowly sliding,
sliding to gravity bound.

The snow came to remind me
that all things have their days.
Cold air whistles through the trees
but it's not here to stay.

My second winter's progressing;
I find new understanding.

this took much longer than i'd expected. it follows the same format as the very first poem i wrote in this series, but plays around with the actual rhyming words. honestly it makes very little sense, apart from the fact that the snow falling outside my apartment window is very beautiful, and winter is not really as bad as you might think.
